HASSLE-FREE RETURNS WITH FULL REFUND
Our return and refund policy is very straightforward. If, upon receiving your ordered painting(s), you find it challenging to accept them, we offer a simple solution. You can return the painting(s) and receive a 100% full refund.

Refund Policy
1. Please initiate the return of your order to us within the specified 30-day return period.
2. You have the option to select a full refund to your credit card or original payment method, store credits, or a replacement.

Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order. However, please note that cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not entered the production process.

Orders that do not receive a response to the approval request within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.

Steps To Initiate a Return
1. Please send an email to kaia@kaiamodern.com with the subject line "Returns" to begin the return process.
2. Within the email, include your order number, name, and provide a brief explanation for the return.
3. Specify whether you would like a full refund, store credits, or a replacement for the returned item.
4. You can expect us to confirm your request within 1 business day.
5. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods.
6. Utilize a tracking code when shipping the painting back to us.
7. Upon receiving the returned package, you will be issued a full refund upon approval.

Kaia Modern does not cover the return costs unless you request store credits or a replacement.

Why Refunds Are Rare
1. We provide photos and videos of the completed painting prior to shipment, ensuring transparency and allowing you to assess the artwork beforehand.
2. Your painting is only shipped once you have given your approval, ensuring that it meets your expectations.
3. We are always open to making customizations and adjustments to the previews we share with you, ensuring that the final artwork aligns with your preferences.
4. The actual painting surpasses its online representation, often appearing even more impressive when seen in person.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
