FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT for both domestic and international deliveries.
US, CA: 2-4 business days
AU, NZ: 5-6 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-7 business days
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Every single one of our oil paintings is meticulously crafted by hand, demanding considerable time and effort from our talented artists. Under normal circumstances, if no further adjustments are required, it generally takes approximately 10 to 20 days to complete your artwork. Following this, there is an additional drying process that typically takes around 3 days to finalize.
Once the drying process is complete, we will promptly ship the artwork from our warehouse. Our trusted shipping partners facilitate worldwide delivery, typically taking up to five days to reach most destinations. Overall, we strive to deliver your items within three weeks from the date of your order. For more intricate artwork orders, the maximum timeframe is set at four weeks.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If your item has not yet been shipped, you can modify the shipping address by contacting our customer service at kaia@kaiamodern.com. Please note that we are not obligated to change the shipping address once the item has been dispatched.
RESCHEDULED DELIVERY
Since our carriers mandate a signature upon delivery, they will leave a notification card if you are unavailable at home. You can subsequently reach out to the carrier directly to arrange a new delivery appointment or make changes to your delivery address as an alternative option.
OTHER INFORMATION
Every painting is accompanied by complimentary insurance coverage, providing complete protection.
Kindly verify that all delivery information is accurate. In the event of incorrect or incomplete details, we may need to reach out to you to update the delivery information, potentially resulting in delays in the delivery of your order. Furthermore, delays can occur due to external factors like weather conditions, flight delays, and customs inspections, which may occasionally be beyond our control. However, we will make every possible effort to cooperate with our shipping partners and facilitate necessary actions in such circumstances.
DUTIES AND TAXES
We take care of all shipping charges, including duties and taxes, at the time of creating the shipment on behalf of our customers or the receivers of the goods. Subsequently, the courier will handle the payment of duties, taxes, and any other applicable customs-related charges, which will be reimbursed by us.
